WBC Industrial Network Services provides contract support services to IntraVUE‎™ clients and as part of that support develops tools to make IntraVUE‎™ better, providing:

• IntraVUE‎ software support;
• Unlimited IntraVUE‎ user training;
• Advice and support in using Intravue to determine if production issues are network/device/switch communication issues or not;
• WBC Network Health Monitor to enhance the capabilities and usefulness of IntraVUE‎ and to inform the user if there is currently a network issue or not, visually and by email.
• Responsive and authoritative technical support.

What IntraVUE does

IntraVUE‎ by Panduit is an Ethernet Network Documentation and Monitoring tool.

• It does a fantastic job of logging network responsiveness and bandwidth utilization.
• It uses SNMP to find what devices are on ports of Managed Switches and presents an interactive network map showing how devices are connected and their current state.
• It maintains a database of statistics and events.
• It depends on the user's IntraVUE‎ knowledge and training to be able to interpret event logs and individual device threshold response graphs to identify network issues

What WBC Network Health Monitor does

WBC Network Health Monitor uses the data collected by IntraVUE‎ and its host computer to provide the IntraVUE‎ user many features and utilities that are not available in IntraVUE‎ itself.

• Identifies issues with IntraVUE‎ configuration and makes it easy for the user the resolve them
• Analyzes the data collected by IntraVUE‎ to create Alarms and Warning about network operation
• Provides instant Health status of each network telling the user if there is a network issue or not.
